(More customer reviews)The description says it takes 30 minutes for installation.But, it took my mechanic 4 1/2 hours to do it, and he was very frustrated.The mounting bars did not fit the car well, and my mechanic had to work hard to stretch them.Worse, some bolts that come mounted to the mounting bars were crooked, and, after struggling with them for a long time, my mechanic had to break them off and solder new bolts on.The hitch is on my 2005 Mini convertible now.I haven't used the hitch yet, so I can't comment on how well it works.
